We know our business cannot succeed without our fantastic team. As such, our core values include:

  • Ensuring job security

    Since our inception in 1998, Lynx has gone through 5 recessions and we strive to avoid layoffs. We believe that laying people off should always be a last resort for us – especially during a recession.

  • Work-life balance

    We know everyone has lives outside of work, and we want to respect that. There may be instances where we need someone to work overtime or cover on a holiday, but we try to keep those to a minimum. The last thing we want is our employees to burn out-it doesn’t do us or them any good. That’s why we also offer benefits like flexible work schedules and remote work.

  • Openness

    We value open communication. We want to know if an employee is struggling, and needs some extra support. If there’s an issue on our end, we will say so, and work to find solutions that work for everyone.

    We want our employees to enjoy working with us. That means creating a work environment where everyone feels safe and valued. As such, we don’t tolerate abuse towards our staff. If there’s an issue, we will address it.
