The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Yardi Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience across Yardi’s suite of modules to join our team of consulting professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience in system implementations for various real estate verticals, and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.

In this position, you will work in cooperation with Lynx leadership, our project management team, and external parties such as Yardi to deliver the full life cycle of client engagements. This will include activities from scoping meetings through to post-implementation support.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct client needs assessments to identify operational requirements and define project scope.

  • Act as the primary Business Analyst, documenting requirements and translating them into Yardi configurations.

  • Configure Yardi modules (Residential, Commercial, Affordable/Public Housing, etc.) including user permissions, correspondence, property onboarding/offboarding, and data validation.

  • Lead client working sessions, documenting agendas, decisions, and action items.

  • Manage data conversion activities, ensuring accuracy and smooth system migration.

  • Conduct sandbox testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Create user documentation and training materials.

  • Deliver client training sessions (remote or onsite) to support user adoption.

  • Facilitate transition from implementation to go-live, providing post-implementation support as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system optimizations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Yardi implementation, system administration, or technical support.

  • Expertise in Yardi Residential, Commercial, and/or Investment Manager is required.

  • Broad knowledge of Yardi Voyager and multiple modules (Residential, Commercial, Affordable/Public Housing, CRM, etc.).

  • Strong technical skills in configuration, troubleshooting, and data migration.

  • Experience with report writing or scripting (SQL, SSRS) is an asset.

  • Solid project management and business process analysis skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver client-facing documentation and training.

  • Industry certifications (Property Management, Project Management) are considered beneficial.

  • Fluency in French is an asset.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
