Flexible work schedules
We know people have responsibilities outside of work. As long as employees are getting their work done, and let us know when they’re available, we’re flexible.
Remote work
Most of our workforce works remotely. Those living close to one of our offices do have the option to work in person a couple days a week in a hybrid model. We also encourage those living near our head office to come in for team lunches, and get togethers where possible.
