I have been with Lynx for 10 years. Some of you might think 10 years is a long time to stay in one company but everyday at Lynx I am learning new things and developing a new skill. I get to work with some of the most talented individuals and smartest people. Work and life balance is an important factor for me. Lynx is a hybrid setup company where we get to work from home or work in the office. Working from home is a huge advantage for me as I get to spend more time with family. Lynx is a family-owned business and here we all feel like family.

After leaving Lynx in 2014, not long after receiving my undergraduate degree, I spent most of the subsequent 9 years living internationally while working with NGOs. Although my past experience with Lynx was positive, I never expected to end up working here again. But life is full of surprises, and coming back to Lynx was a good one. I’m one of those people who needs a positive work culture and learning opportunities to thrive, and Lynx delivers. I feel very fortunate to have a job that I enjoy.

I left Lynx when I was in an internal accounting role and came back to a brand new role outside of what I was doing previously. So it was a fairly big shift for me to come back, but the grass was definitely not greener on the other side. Also I missed the people at Lynx. This along with being able to work from home were big determining factors to me coming back. Lynx people work as a collaborative team. People are always willing to stick their hand up and help other team members.
